For a mass attached to a spring:
$$ \omega = \sqrt{\frac{k}{m}} $$
Time Period
$$ T = 2\pi \sqrt{\frac{m}{k}} $$
For a mass attached to a spring:
$$ \omega = \sqrt{\frac{k}{m}} $$
$$ T = 2\pi \sqrt{\frac{m}{k}} $$
