Worked Example
Problem:
Find kinetic energy of a $2 \, \text{kg}$ object moving at $3 \, \text{m/s}$.
Solution
$$ K = \frac{1}{2}mv^2 = \frac{1}{2} \times 2 \times 9 = 9 \, \text{J} $$
